Possibly Michael Henry de Young, publisher of the San Francisco Chronicle, his wife Katherine, his mother-in-law Mrs. Margaret Deane and friends at the Cathedral Oaks in Goleta. The de Youngs, their three children and Mrs. Deane were at the Arlington Hotel in June, 1887. |
